| The following people
have been arrested for a livability offense in one of the above areas
and have either (1) an active non-appearance bench warrant, (2) had a
non-appearance bench warrant issued against them within the last 60 days,
or (3) a stayed court disposition upon certain conditions, or (4) they
have more than 20 arrest / suspect entries in the police report computer
system (CAPRS) three of which are for livability offenses in the area;
or (5) they have more than 75 arrest / suspect entries in CAPRS. |
